Warren Paul

Singer/Songwriter

Warren Paul has been making acoustic music in Upstate New York since 1980. With 6 and 12 string guitars, harmonica and stomp box, he delivers a rare collection of original and popular songs that showcase his versatility as both a singer and a songwriter. Ignoring stylistic boundaries, his performances blend elements of folk, pop, rock, bluegrass, and comedy.

A familiar face at festivals, concerts and craft breweries, Warren has shared the bill with such notables as Chicago folk legend, Steve Goodman, and "Mr. Bojangles" Texas songwriter, Jerry Jeff Walker.

Warren has appeared on local network, cable tv and radio in the Rochester area. He won 1st place in the "Letchworth Pines Upstate Original Music Competition" and was twice voted Freetime Magazine's "Acoustic Performer of the Year". In 2024, Warren's song version of “That's Where I'll Be” was selected as a winner in the “IF ALL ROCHESTER WROTE THE SAME SONG” songwriter challenge.
